Barry Gilreath -  Owner/CEO


Barry Gilreath has been in the Corporate World since 1985 and the Transportation industry since 1994 working with Clients throughout the United States, Australia, and Canada. While President of Sales at another company, Barry learned what "to do" and what "not to do" to create long lasting relationships and founded Elite Dealer Services in 2011. 

Barry says when working with Elite Dealer Services you can expect truth and respect in every area of our business. With our extensive experience in working for business owners to increase production and profits we are a team of experts that care as much about your success as you do. We create Custom Training Programs, Marketing Programs, and Leadership Development programs to take any organization to the top. 

Barry is a writer and musician, the creator of the Miller Tool Box, Provide a Ride, Drive and Win, and along with Chris Alford co-developed the LIFT Leadership program. A man of Faith, a believer in Family, wife Juliet, sons Zachary and Dustin and of course Bear the chocolate Lab; active with NADA, RVDA, MRRA, RVIA, and other groups.

John Lane - Leadership, Marine/RV Expert


John Lane brings a championship mentality to every one of his dynamic training sessions. Starting in the automotive industry, over 16 years, he achieved a proven track record of high achievement in positions that included finance director, sales manager, general sales manager and general manager.

After his time in the automotive sector, for 10 years John worked as a teacher, trainer and keynote speaker for companies including Honda, Monaco Coach Corporation, Fleetwood Corporation, Camping World, the Marine Retailers Association of America as well as many of the top-selling marine, automotive and RV dealerships throughout the United States and Canada. Most recently, John focused his energies in the marine industry as the director of training and executive sales manager for Legendary Marine. During his tenure there, John helped take them to the number one spot in the top 100 dealers in the Americas.

While pursuing his professional sales training career, John was also a championship kneeboarder winning seven straight national titles, as well as serving as a captain of the 2004, 2006, and 2010 USA waterski Rider Cup teams. John is recognized by the American Kneeboard Association as an elite skier.

John is committed to being the best in providing his students with an opportunity to learn from a world champion. People with a 'championship mentality' and a history of winning multiple championships brings a rare level of commitment to their work. John combines real-life stories, sales and leadership knowledge and the love of teaching people to provide every student with an unforgettable and productive learning experience.


Mike Burdette -  Sales Training Expert/ Public Speaker


Mike Burdette is a seasoned sales professional with over 30 years of automotive experience and success. He has spent the last 19 years teaching sales professionals the power of sales. He has had over a million students in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom experience his classes and workshops. Dynamic, Intense and real life education is just some of the words used to describe his classes. His goal with each and every student is to maximize their experience and to leave each class with something that will help them achieve success.

Joe brings 27+ years of experience with a passion to perform, A Seasoned results driven executive with extensive sales and marketing experience in a variety of environments, having demonstrated expertise in devising and implementing innovative sales, business development strategies and implementing processes that drive results. Highly successful energetic professional with broad-based industry accomplishments in business optimization that achieved customer needs, increased market penetration and exceeded revenue goals. A Native of Buffalo, NY. Joe and His family reside in Woodstock, GA a suburb of Atlanta and been in Georgia since 1994
